The result of the study will help the respondents know if their personality type, age and sex will increase their self-reported level of aggression when engaged in mixed martial arts.Coaches. This study will provide guidance to mixed martial arts trainers if they should impose different training and treatment according to their students personality type, age, and sex.Parents. This research paper will help parents provide guidance to their children before engaging them to mixed martial arts. The result of this study will supply information that might help parents to know if the said sport improves ones discipline, self-control and level of aggression.
