Zhengmao Li
Born in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China in 1962, PhD and professor of engineering, general manager of China Telecom Group Co., Ltd, vice chairman of China Institute of Communications, board member of Global System for Mobile Communications Association (GSMA), vice Chairman of the Cross-Strait Communications Exchange Association, and member of the Global TD-LTE Initiative (GTI) Leadership Committee. He used to be the director of the Key Laboratory of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, a member of the National 863 Program Communication Technology Theme Expert Group, and deputy general manager of China United Communications Co., Ltd. He was awarded the title of 'China Doctor with Outstanding Contributions' by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and the former National Education Commission, and the China Youth Science and Technology Award from the China Association for Science and Technology and the 2017 Outstanding Industry Leader Award from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Expert obtaining the special government allowances.

Xiaoyun Wang
Born in June 1968. General manager of Technology Department, China Mobile Communications Group Co.,Ltd. She has been engaged in mobile communication research for a long time. She is one of the academic leaders in the fields of TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE with independent intellectual property rights. She was the first batch of national candidates for the 'New Century Multi-Million Talent Project', won the 12th China Youth Science and Technology Award, and the Central Government. Enjoy special government allowances from the State Council. She successively served as the deputy leader of the IMT-Advanced (4G) and IMT-2020 (5G) promotion teams, the head of the National Engineering Laboratory for the application of new-generation mobile communication network technology, and the deputy general director of the National Science and Technology Major Project 'New Generation Broadband Wireless Communication Network' . Won several national, provincial and ministerial awards.

Tongxu Zhang
Graduated from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications with a Engineering Master degree, President of China Mobile Research Institute, a committee member of China Institute of Communications and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. He has been engaged in the design and research of mobile and data communication networks for long time. He has presided over the design of large-scale new technology projects such as the Tibet Voice VSAT network, China Internet CHINANET network, and China Mobile 3G network. He has published monographs and dozens of papers, and has won many national, provincial and ministerial awards. He is a professor-level senior engineer, national engineering survey and design master. Enjoy special government allowances of the State Council.
