He has presided over the design of large-scale new technology projects such as the Tibet Voice VSAT network, China Internet CHINANET network, and China Mobile 3G network. He has published monographs and dozens of papers, and has won many national, provincial and ministerial awards. He is a professor-level senior engineer, national engineering survey and design master.
