Dr. Amelia Manuti is Assistant Professor and researcher in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Bari, Italy. She attained her PhD in Psychology of Communication. Her main research interests refer to the meaning of working in school-to-university and university-to-work transitions, vocational guidance, formal and informal learning, organizational identification, work values, and organizational communication. Since 2001 she has been a member of the European Network of Work and Organizational Psychologists and of the International Association of Applied Psychology. She is also an active member of the Italian Association of Psychology and of the Collaborative Knowledge Building Group. Since 2007 she has been secretary of the International Association of Applied Psycholinguistics. She has taken part in many national and international research projects in the field of work and organizational psychology.Pasquale Davide de Palma graduated from the University of Bari, Italy, in Psychological Sciences and Techniques. He is expert in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Social Recruiting and Social HC. Pasquale's interests are focused on human capital management; in particular, he aims to promote the use of human capital financial statements within organizations. He received two master's degrees in human resources management from MIDIFORM Business School (Italy), and Spegea Business School (Italy), and a postgraduate qualification as a marketing expert. He is coauthor and editor of The Work Lost and Found (2012). He maintains the website www.dashumankapital.com.
