This photocopiable pack of materials meets the mandatory requirements of the Foundation award for GNVQ Hospitality and Catering. It is a flexible resource which allows students to select one or two pages of information at a time, followed by reinforcement and activity sheets to build up portfolios of evidence. The information sheets contain the underpinning knowledge and enable students to build up their own textbooks. Each information sheet states the performance criteria and range statements that apply.
