Fungus-Invertebrate Interactions

A vast number of life forms in fungi, insects, and other invertebrates have evolved to live in many similar habitats and often to live intimately in close contact with one another. Myriad interactions occur between the two large taxonomic groups of fungi and insects, including antagonistic, cooperative, symbiotic, and combinations thereof. This is the first comprehensive work to discuss fungus-invertebrate interactions which are central to food chains and a key part of the foundation of biological communities.
