Part 2 Carcassing: floor and flat roof joists; joist coverings; timber pitched roofs; verge and eaves finishings. Part 3 First fixings: timber studwork partitions; stairs; frames and linings; encasing services. Part 4 Second fixings and finishings: doors; door ironmongery; finishing trim; kitchen units and fitments; panelling and cladding. Part 5 Woodworking machining: hand fed circular rip saw; safety in operation; tooling; maintenance. Part 6 Maintenance of buildings: defining maintenance; agents of deterioration; undertaking repairs and maintenance work; timber repairs; brickwork, plastering and tiles; glazing and painting.
