Elizabeth S. Williams, DVM, PhD, is a professor of veterinary sciences at the University of Wyoming. She has been specializing in the research of infectious diseases of wild animals since 1977. She also serves as a diagnostic pathologist. Ian K. Barker, DVM, PhD, is professor of veterinary pathology in the Department of Pathobiology in the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph.
