He has over 30 years of experience working in the nutrition field including seven years as a dietitian in the NHS where he provided nutritional support to patients in intensive care and to those with obesity, diabetes, food intolerances and more. As well as this, James has also worked in the strength and fitness industry where he provided dietary advice to elite athletes.
