Mogalekar is Assistant Professor at College of Fisheries in Dholi, Bihar, India. He has been awarded with a Ph.D. from Department of Fisheries Biology and Resource Management, Fisheries College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Fisheries University, Thoothukudi, India.
