JAYSHRI KULKARNI (Senior Member, IEEE) received B.E degree in Electronics and Tele-communication Engineering from the Shivaji University, Maharashtra India in 2005, M.E. Degree in Microwave Engineering from PICT college, Pune, Maharashtra, India in 2011 and PhD Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India in 2020. She is currently working as a Research Associate - Antennas and Sensors with Baylor University, Waco, Texas, USA. From 2006-2009 she was a lecturer in the Genba Sopanrao Moze College of Engineering, Pune. From, 2010-2022 she was working as an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department, Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, Pune, India. She has filed 1 Indian Patent, 2 US design patents, published more than 25 papers in SCI-E/SCOPUS Indexed Journals and more than 30 papers in International/National Conferences. She is an active reviewer for IEEE Access, IET Microwave, MMCE, IJMWT, PIER, IJCS, JEMWA, Hindawi, Wireless Networks, and Circuit world. She has also received several awards, including the Desmond Sim Award for Best Antenna Design Paper at IEEE InCAP 2019, India, the Outstanding Oral Presentation Award at ICRAMET-2020 Indonesia, and the Best Paper of the Session Award at IEEE ESCI-2021, Pune. She was one of the recipients of the reputed Mojgan Daneshmand Grant awarded by IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S)-2022. 

ARPAN DESAI (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Sardar Patel University, Anand, India, in 2006, the M.S. degree in Wireless Communication Systems from Brunel University, London, U.K., in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree in the field of Transparent Antennas from the Charotar University of Science and Technology, Gujarat, India, in January 2020. He is currently a Research Scientist with National Yang-Ming Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. He was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, from 2020 to 2021. He is also working as an Assistant Professor with the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department at Charotar University of Science and Technology. He has authored or co-authored more than 70 research articles, mostly in Science Citation Index (SCI)/Scopus journals, international conferences, and book chapters. His current research interests include mm-wave antennas, circularly polarized antennas, transparent antennas for multi-input multi-output (MIMO) applications, and flexible antennas. Dr. Desai serves as the Secretary for the IEEE Signal Processing Society, Gujarat Section, India. He is a reviewer for many journals of repute and an Academic Editor of the International Journal of RF and Microwave Computer-Aided Engineering. 

HENG TUNG HSU (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electronics Engineering from the National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1993 and 1995, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park, MD, USA, in 2002. Since 2015, he has been with the International College of Semiconductor Technology in National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, where he is now Professor. He has authored or co-authored more than 100 journal papers and holds 3 U.S. patents. His research interest includes the design and implementation of RF front-ends, antennas, active and passive microwave components, and RF packaging. 

BRIAN GARNER received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, in 1989, 1992, and 1998, respectively. During his Ph.D. pursuit and until 2001, he developed computer modeling software and served in technical roles for several private companies in Austin. He returned to The University of Texas at Austin, from 2001 to 2002, where he worked as a Faculty Lecturer with the Mechanical Engineering Department. He is currently an Associate Professor of mechanical engineering with Baylor University, where he has been working, since 2002. He is also an Inventor of MiraColt, a powered therapeutic mechanical device that simulates the motion experienced when riding on a horse, and he founded Chariot Innovations Inc., to bring the technology to market. His specific projects have included the study of human, horse, and camel gait motion characteristics, the study of on-body electromagnetic wave transmission characteristics, and computer modeling methods and algorithms to represent human arm biomechanics, to process and characterize periodic motion patterns, and to analyze anatomical features in medical images. He has served as a PI and a Co-PI for a variety of grant projects funded through state and local agencies, including NSF. One funded multi-disciplinary project studies the therapeutic effects in children with autism of a treatment program involving MiraColt. He holds multiple patents for the design of various exercise and therapy devices, and for computer algorithms. His research interests include mechanical system design with computer modeling and simulation toward applications in biomechanics. 

YANG LI (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China, in 2005, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, in 2007 and 2011, respectively.

He joined as a Faculty Member with Baylor University, in 2011, where he is currently a Full Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He received the Baylor University Outstanding Faculty Award in 2020. He has authored 40 journal articles and over 70 conference papers and abstracts. He also holds three U.S. patents. His research interests include wireless body area electromagnetic wave propagation and antenna radiation, wearable antenna analysis and design, effective medium theory and homogenization technique, and micro-doppler radar. He serves as the General Co-Chair for the 2023 IEEE Texas Symposium on Wireless and Microwave Circuits and Systems and is an associate editor for the IEEE Journal of Electromagnetics, RF, and Microwave in Medicine and Biology. He also serves on the Technical Activity Committee of USNC-URSI. He is an IEEE senior member and a full member of the USNC-URSI Commission B. 

CHOW-YEN-DESMOND SIM (M'07-SM'13) was born in Singapore in 1971. He received the B.Sc. degree from the Engineering Department, University of Leicester, U.K., in 1998, and the Ph.D. degree from the Radio System Group, Engineering Department, University of Leicester, in 2003. From 2003 to 2007, he was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer and Communication Engineering, Chienkuo Technology University, Changhua, Taiwan. In 2007, he joined the Department of Electrical Engineering, Feng Chia University (FCU), Taichung, Taiwan, as an Associate Professor, where he became a Full Professor in 2012 and as a Distinguish Professor in 2017. He has served as the Executive Officer of Master's Program with the College of Information and Electrical Engineering (Industrial Research and Development), the Director of Intelligent IoT Industrial Ph.D. Program between August 2015 and July 2018. He cofounded the Antennas and Microwave Circuits Innovation Research Center in Feng Chia University and served as the Director between 2016 and 2019. He has served as the Head of Department of Electrical Engineering in Feng Chia University between 08/2018 and 07/2021. He has authored or co-authored over 170 SCI papers. His current research interests include antenna design, VHF/UHF tropospheric propagation, and RFID applications. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (FIET), a Senior Member of the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society, and a Life Member of the IAET. He has served as the TPC Member of many international conferences, and has also served as the TPC Sub-Committee Chair (Antenna) of the ISAP 2014 and PIERS 2017/2019. He was invited as the Workshop/Tutorial Speaker in APEMC 2015, iAIM 2017, InCAP 2018, and the Invited Speaker of TDAT 2015, iWAT 2018, APCAP 2018, ISAP 2019, InCAP 2019, ISRAST 2020, and URSI GASS 2021. He was the Keynote Speaker of SOLI 2018, ISRAST 2020, and NEAST 2020. He has served as the Advisory Committee of InCAP 2018/2019 and ICoICCS 2021, and has also served as the TPC Chair of the APCAP 2016, iWEM 2019/2020. He is now serving as the General Co-Chair of ISAP 2021. He has served as the Chapter Chair of the IEEE AP-Society, Taipei Chapter (from 01/2016 to 12/2017), and he is the founding Chapter Chair of the IEEE Council of RFID, Taipei Chapter (from 10/2017 to 12/2020). He has served as the AE of IEEE Access between 08/2016 and 01/2021. He is now serving as the Associate Editor of IEEE AWPL, IEEE Journal of RFID, and (Wiley) International Journal of RF and Microwave Computer-Aided Engineering. Since October 2016, he has been serving as the technical consultant of SAG (Securitag Assembly Group), which is one of the largest RFID tag manufacturers in Taiwan. He is also serving as the consultant of Avary (the largest PCB manufacturer in mainland China) since August 2018. He was the recipient of the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society Outstanding Reviewer Award (IEEE Transaction Antennas and Propagation) for seven consecutive years between 2014 and 2020. He has also received the Outstanding Associate Editor Award from the IEEE Antennas Wireless and Propagation Letters in July 2018. 

VIGNESWARAN DHASARATHAN, is currently working as Assistant professor (SL.G) for Electronics and Communication Department at KPR college of Engineering and Technology. He has obtained BE Electronics and Communications Engineering at Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology and ME in Optical communication in Alagappa Chettiar College of Engineering and Technology. His PhD in Electronics and Communications Engineering was conferred by Anna University Chennai under the faculty of Information and Communication Engineering. His PhD title is Few mode assisted optical fiber and optical system in space division multiplexing which gathering ideas to stipulate data speed in Pb/s for futuristic data communication by the year of 2030. As a provoke of his research, he has published 5 Annexure 1 paper  in the prescribed list of anna university at the time thesis submission and had completed his PhD in 3 year under full time  mode. Throughout his research experience, he has also gained knowledge from photonics society for multiple applications. Especially, he is involving for nanostructure-based bio sensing, plasmonics waveguides, quantum computing, photonics switching. In addition, he is also working in the field of photonics 2D materials, Photonics sensing, Nonlinear photonics, UWB antenna, Flexible antenna. His career experience has divided in 2 phase. First phase and before completion of his PhD, he has secured top instructor of subjects among students and has has been as gate instructor at Time education and GATE forum during 2012 to 2016. Many students have scored in GATE exam under his guidance and placed in IIT's and abroad for MS. After 2016, he has turned and motivates himself to turn towards research phase. From 2017, he is still working for new explore in photonics field. He is also working as visiting scientist in Van Lang University, Vietnam and University of Hradec Králové University,Czechia. He has published around 200 papers in well reputed journals including, IEEE, Nature, Springer, Wiley, SPIE, world scientific publisher, Taylor francis, IET, OSA. As a reviewer, he has reviewed more than 200 articles from various journals including IEEE, Nature and OSA. He has been declared as fastest and reviewer appreciation form Elsevier and springer. He is also one among the reputed editor panel member and serving as associated editor in wireless network, springer, Network modeling and bio informatics, springer.  His current google scholar citation has crossed 3600.
