lt;p>JAYSHRI KULKARNI (Senior Member, IEEE) received B.E degree in Electronics and Tele-communication Engineering from the Shivaji University, Maharashtra India in 2005, M.E. Degree in Microwave Engineering from PICT college, Pune, Maharashtra, India in 2011 and PhD Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India in 2020. She is currently working as a Research Associate - Antennas and Sensors with Baylor University, Waco, Texas, USA. From 2006-2009 she was a lecturer in the Genba Sopanrao Moze College of Engineering, Pune. From, 2010-2022 she was working as an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department, Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, Pune, India. She has filed 1 Indian Patent, 2 US design patents, published more than 25 papers in SCI-E/SCOPUS Indexed Journals and more than 30 papers in International/National Conferences. She is an active reviewer for IEEE Access, IET Microwave, MMCE, IJMWT, PIER, IJCS, JEMWA, Hindawi, Wireless Networks, and Circuit world. She has also received several awards, including the Desmond Sim Award for Best Antenna Design Paper at IEEE InCAP 2019, India, the Outstanding Oral Presentation Award at ICRAMET-2020 Indonesia, and the Best Paper of the Session Award at IEEE ESCI-2021, Pune. She was one of the recipients of the reputed Mojgan Daneshmand Grant awarded by IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S)-2022. 

ARPAN DESAI (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Sardar Patel University, Anand, India, in 2006, the M.S. degree in Wireless Communication Systems from Brunel University, London, U.K., in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree in the field of Transparent Antennas from the Charotar University of Science and Technology, Gujarat, India, in January 2020. He is currently a Research Scientist with National Yang-Ming Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. He was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, from 2020 to 2021. He is also working as an Assistant Professor with the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department at Charotar University of Science and Technology. He has authored or co-authored more than 70 research articles, mostly in Science Citation Index (SCI)/Scopus journals, international conferences, and book chapters. His current research interests include mm-wave antennas, circularly polarized antennas, transparent antennas for multi-input multi-output (MIMO) applications, and flexible antennas. Dr. Desai serves as the Secretary for the IEEE Signal Processing Society, Gujarat Section, India. He is a reviewer for many journals of repute and an Academic Editor of the International Journal of RF and Microwave Computer-Aided Engineering.

 

HENG TUNG HSU (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electronics Engineering from the National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1993 and 1995, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park, MD, USA, in 2002. Since 2015, he has been with the International College of Semiconductor Technology in National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, where he is now Professor. He has authored or co-authored more than 100 journal papers and holds 3 U.S. patents. His research interest includes the design and implementation of RF front-ends, antennas, active and passive microwave components, and RF packaging.

 

BRIAN GARNER received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, in 1989, 1992, and 1998, respectively. During his Ph.D. pursuit and until 2001, he developed computer modeling software and served in technical roles for several private companies in Austin.
