In this book the author offers comprehensive and easy to learn defence methods and guidelines on prevention which teach women how to use body language and common sense to prevent an attack from taking place. The author interviewed women who have fought back and got away relatively unscathed and interviewed a judge to show how to survive legally. He also interviewed different types of attackers to discover the places and times someone may strike.
