Kuldeep Chaudhary, PhD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Management, Indira Gandhi University. His areas of interest in teaching and research include digital marketing, brand management, e-learning, and service marketing. He has authored a book on brand management and edited two books on select contemporary topics of marketing management. He has authored twenty-two research papers and articles. Tareq Rasul, PhD, is a senior lecturer, Australian Institute of Business (AIB), Australia. He holds a doctorate in marketing from the University of South Australia, Australia and an MBA from the University of East London, United Kingdom. To date, he has published around 50 peer-reviewed journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters.
