This is a classroom pack of 48 playscripts that closely follow the original "Oxford Reading Tree" stories on which they are based. Designed to develop both speaking and reading skills, they offer practice in role-playing and shared participation.

A lively set of playscript adaptations of six Level 6 and 7 Stories which can be used for consolidation and reading practice. They teach the conventions of drama and develop skills in reading aloud and shared reading. Each play has a cast list of eight characters including one or more narrators and no more than five lines of text per page. There are six lines of text per page and suggestions for sound effects. The words are close to the original story and the artwork is completely re-drawn to show similar scenes to the original storybooks. This class pack includes 48 different playscripts. A mixed pack of six playscripts is also available.
