Aaron T. Hart is an educator and author who has been studying and teaching self-actualization for over 30 years. His work has focused on equity of access to physical and mental well-being resources for educators and the students they serve. At the time of publication, Aaron is carrying out this work as the Vice President of Curriculum and Program Engagement for Varsity Brands, where he leads a team of educational advocates and content creators. He is the founder of OPENPhysEd.org and the author of the Believe In You Empowerment Program, as well as the SURGE Program for coaches of female athletes. Aaron also teaches as a part-time lecturer at the State University of New York at Cortland. He has been married to Andrea, the love of his life, for over 25 years. They have two incredible children, Isabelle and Caleb, who have both grown into strong and resilient young adults.
