Lexi, who never had the opportunity to be taken seriously, inspires a group of school leavers to redefine the game in her home town of Dagenham.Squad Goals is a brand new immersive experience from Caspa Productions. The show had its world premiere at Dagenham & Redbridge Football Ground in September 2020 as a socially distanced, outdoor, immersive experience, before being closed due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Michelle Payne is a director and playwright from Essex and a 2019 recipient of the Regional Theatre Young Director Scheme working on a three month placement with the Mercury Theatre Colchester. Michelle has since been asked to be part of the Mercury Creatives Development Programme for 2020. Her first play, Orchid, won two awards at its first outing at the Moors Theatre (Camden Fringe) in 2015 (Best New Writing & Best Actress: Michelle Payne). Michelle also is an acting tutor for the West End Kids company and Damien Poole Theatre Arts and artistic director of Caspa Arts actor training for underrepresented voices.
