Colette Rossant is the author of eight cookbooks and a memoir, APRICOTS ON THE NILE which was shortlisted for the Thomas Cook Travel Award and was selected as a Radio 4 Read of the Week. A James Beard nominated journalist,she is a columnist for the Daily News and a contributor to many food and travel magazines. Colette Rossant lives in New York with her husband.
