Kathy Brennan is a James Beard Award Winning cookbook author, and has worked with some of the most respected chefs in the industry, including Michael Anthony from Gramercy Tavern. She was previously a senior editor at Saveur. Caroline Campion was also a senior editor at Saveur, Good Housekeeping, and GQ. Kathy and Caroline won the 2014 IACP award for general excellence for their first cookbook, KEEPERS, beating out both Alice Waters and Molly Katzen from Moosewood in the category.
