Ian Craig (BSc MSc, CSCS, INLPTA) is an exercise physiologist, nutritional therapist, NLP practitioner and a lifestyle coach who specialises in functional nutrition, a fast-evolving discipline that considers both health and performance of an individual from an integrative health perspective. He is the editor of two UK nutrition magazines and writes for several South African publications. He is a member of the South African Association of Nutritional Therapists (SAANT) and runs a private nutrition practice in Johannesburg. Rachel Jesson (BPhys Ed (Hons), MPhil) is a trained teacher and holds a Masters degree in Sports Science and Psychology. She is also an NLP practitioner. As a former South African triathlete, her passion lies in food, health and physical fi tness. She is a raw food teacher and specialises in practical and extremely healthy meal and snack options for athletes, active people and those who want to be healthy. She writes a regular recipe column for Total Sports Nutrition and contributes to the international publications Functional Sports Nutrition and Outdoor Enthusiast.
