Michael has appeared on television for the last seven years including, Mornings with Kerri-Anne, the Today Show, Domestic Blitz, Sunrise, The Circle and The Morning Show. He also had a long standing relationship as guest co-host for Fresh Cooking on Channel Nine. Michael is currently the chef and owner of the iconic Summit restaurant and bar in Sydney and Reuben & Moore at Westfield Sydney.
