Stephanie Kaiser earned her Master's degree in kinesiology from IUPUI and is a health fitness specialist at the National Institute for Fitness and Sport. She helps individuals with health conditions improve their overall health and reach their fitness goals. Melanie Roberts has a Master's degree in Exercise Science from Indiana State University, is a competitive duathlete and has contributed to numerous exercise related publications.
