Melissa Roberts is a professional hospice chaplain, meditation and stress-management teacher, and freelance writer. Roberts has a Masters degree in Theological Studies from Virginia Theological Seminary. She currently shares her meditations and stress-reduction techniques at the Wellness Center, a regional holistic healing center, and on Suite101.com. Roberts has developed a college course on relaxation and a stress management program, which she presents to local businesses and organizations.
