Tom Hammell has been riding a bike as long as he can remember. Mark Ploegstra is an avid cyclist who has crossed many states by bicycle. He sometimes loads his bike with a week's camping gear, and sometimes with just enough to go across town. No matter how much he carries, though, he always enjoys life best from the seat of a bicycle.
