Natascha Mirosch has been writing about food both here and in the UK for almost fifteen years. While her brother went on to become a chef, Natascha used her love of writing to talk about the producers, chefs and restaurateurs who contribute to the experience of dining out. Natascha was a weekly restaurant reviewer for the Brisbane News and has reviewed for two annual guides for several years. In her last position as Food Editor of a metropolitan newspaper, Natascha was lucky enough to interview everyone from Ferran Adria to Jamie Oliver and Heston Blumenthal.
