Siddharth Kanojia is an Assistant Professor of Law at Jindal School of Banking & Finance, O.P. Jindal Global University, India. Presently, he is also a visiting professor at Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur. He holds a Ph.D in Corporate Law & Governance, LL.M in International Business and Commercial Law, LL.B and BBS in Finance. Before coming to academics, he has worked at Jersey Island based Intellectual Property Management Company as Legal Consultant and Manchester based Start-up Company as Legal Advisor. Till date, he has 16 publications including the SCOPUS and WoS indexed journals. He is also an active member in Human Development and Capability Association, USA and Development Studies Association, U.K.
