Practical Enzymology

Prof. Dr. Hans Bisswanger ist Emeritus am Interfakultären Institut für Biochemie in Tübingen. Er war langjähriger Mitarbeiter am Institut und hat dort eine Reihe von Kursen über Enzyme Kinetik und Technologie entwickelt und geleitet. Aufbau und Leitung eines Enzymologie-Praktikums für Biochemie-Studenten.Arbeiten an Struktur und Kinetik des Pyruvat-Dehydrogenase-Komplexes, an thermophilen Enzymen, wie der Xylose-Isomerase und an Immobilisierung von Enzymen am Beispiel verschiedener Proteasen im Rahmen eines Forschungsprojekts über die Konservierung säuregeschädigten Bibliotheksmaterials als Beispiel technischer Anwendung von Enzymen. Einrichtung und Betreuung eines deutsch-chinesischen Studentenaustausches in Zu-sammenarbeit mit einer Pekinger Universität.
