About the Author Carole Hollins BDS, is a Dental Practitioner from Stoke-on-Trent, England. She is also an approved clinical supervisor for dental nurses undergoing conscious sedation training and former Examiner for the City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing, former presiding xaminer for NEBDN qualifications, and was chairman of the NEBDN from 2010 to 2012.
