About the Authors Dr James Field is a Senior Specialist Clinical Teacher in Restorative Dentistry, and an Honorary Consultant in Prosthodontics. He has extensive experience with delivering innovative teaching in restorative dentistry, which has received international acclaim. James holds a Master of Arts degree in Education and a National Teaching Fellowship. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Educators, a Fellow of the Faculty of Dental Trainers, and an active council member of the British Society of Prosthodontics. Miss Claire Storey is a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry, Lead Consultant in Periodontics and Oncology Rehabilitation, Honorary Senior Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry (University of Sheffield). She has undertaken Masters degrees in Restorative Dentistry and Translational Medicine and Therapeutics at Newcastle University, and has taught extensively and internationally in Restorative Dentistry and is passionate about clinical teaching in primary and secondary care. She is Secretary of the British Society of Prosthodontics and sits on the British Society of Periodontology Council.
