In 2016 Laura launched Don’t Salt My Game – a podcast that calls out diet trends and myths – to tell you what you really need to know to stay on top of your game. Laura was the Nutrition Consultant for the BBC1 documentary Mind Over Marathon where she supported people suffering with mental health problems train for the 2017 London Marathon. She is an Association for Nutrition Media Nutritionist and has appeared on a BBC News Facebook Live stream.
