Kristin Diversi has been dedicated to a life of health and wellness since her early twenties, earning a yoga teacher certification and reading everything she could about healthy cooking, fitness, and positive lifestyle habits, such as meditation and mindfulness. In 2011, she decided to make her passion a reality, and pursued a Master of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Montclair State University, graduating in 2013. She enjoys cooking universal comfort food with a healthy twist with her husband in their Durham, North Carolina home.
