He is licensed as a psychologist and as a professional counsellor by the State of Wisconsin and also holds the certified rehabilitation counsellor credential. Kenneth R. Thomas, DEd, is Professor Emeritus of Rehabilitation Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA.
