Dive into this 20-chapter account of theories, designs, and application development of computational intelligence. Research the three basic pillars of neural networks, fuzzy systems, and evolutionary computation. The evolution of these fields plays a significant role in developing successful hybrid intelligent systems, including cognitive development. Modern computational intelligence methods derive modern computationally intelligent methods to generate optimum outcomes in various application domains.

Organized into three sections, Optimized Computational Intelligence examines biologically inspired intelligent computing, optimized decision support systems, and advanced cognitive informatics. Learn more about emerging behaviors in complex distributed systems. Understand new platforms for research, current practices, and future trends in the emerging discipline of advanced computation that bridges the gap between life sciences and mathematical sciences.
