This book presents a collection of state-of-the-art research findings on the digital transformation of financial services. Digitalization has fundamentally changed financial services and has a tendency to reshape the landscape of the financial industry in an unprecedented manner. Over the last ten years, the development of new financial technologies has contributed to the creation of new business and organizational models, along with new approaches to service delivery. ?Sladana Benkovic is a professor at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, Serbia, and head of the Financial Management and Accounting Department. She has published numerous articles and papers in international journals, conference proceedings, and edited volumes. Benkovic was a scholarship holder of the US and UK governments, and a member of the Finance Committee of the University of Belgrade from 2013 until 2019. Her research interests focus on financial management, budgeting, controlling, and financial technologies. She was engaged in numerous national and international research projects.
