Sunil K. Muttoo is Professor at Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Mathematical Sciences, University of Delhi, India. He received his PhD in Coding Theory and M.Phil. in Mathematics from University of Delhi and M.Tech in Computer Science and Data Processing from IIT Kharagpur, India. His areas of interest include Information Hiding, Coding Theory and E-Governance. He has over 200 publications at national and international forums.
Rajan Gupta is a Research and Analytics Professional and Assistant Professor at University of Delhi, India. He is one of the few Certified Analytics Professionals (CAP - INFORMS, USA) around the world and is also serving as CAP-Ambassador in Asia Region. His area of interest includes E-Governance, Public Information Systems, Multimedia Data processing, Data Mining and Data Analytics. He has over 50 publications at various national and international forums.
Saibal K. Pal is Director - Information Technology and Cyber Security, Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO), Delhi, India. He received his PhD in Computer Science from University of Delhi and is an Invited Faculty & Research Guide at a number of national institutions. His areas of interest are Information & Network Security, Computational Intelligence, Information Systems and Electronic Governance.
