This book covers various aspects of security, privacy and reliability in Internet of Things (IoT) and Cyber-Physical System design, analysis and testing. In particular, various established theories and practices both from academia and industry are presented and suitably organized targeting students, engineers and researchers. Fifteen leading academicians and practitioners wrote this book, pointing to the open problems and biggest challenges on which research in the near future will be focused.

Dr. Rajat Subhra Chakraborty is Associate Professor at the Department of  Computer Science & Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. His research interests include Hardware Security, Application of Novel Nano-devices to Hardware Security, VLSI Design and Methodologies, and Digital Watermarking.

Dr. Jimson Mathew serves as Associate Professor at the Department for the Indian Institute of Technology Patna. His main research interests include synthesis, tests, and verification of circuits with emphasis on fault tolerance, high speed and reconfigurable architectures, e.g., FPGAs, ultra low power design, system-on-a-chip (SoC) design, Network-on-chip Designs and Monte Carlo Simulation of circuits. More recently on computer hardware security in advanced (emerging) technology implementations.

Athanasios V. Vasilakos  is currently Distinguished Professor at Lulea University of Technology, Sweden, Computer Science Dept. His main research topics are Networking, IoTs and Smart Cities, Cloud Computing, Big Data  Analytics, Security &Privacy, Cryptocurrencies, Molecular Nano-Networks for Personalized Medicine, Machine Learning .
