The author of the hilarious POISON ARROWS returns with a page-turning, salacious tour through the underbelly of the music industry.
Employing her customary razor-like humour, Morag Prunty introduces a host of characters whose lives have been chewed up and spat out by this harsh, celebrity-obsessed world.
There's Molly, a lonely 20-something, who trudges to the newsagents every day for her fix of VIP, OK!, Hello!: - anything to give her life a much-needed injection of glamour. . .
And there's Alfie, burned-out boyband member who's kissed the good times goodbye and is now all washed up . . .
In her inimitable way, Morag Prunty introduces a collection of fascinating characters and gives them a sprinkle of magic dust in this witty dissection of the vagaries of fame and celebrity.
