Francesca Paz has been living a plant-based lifestyle for over 15 years, inspired by her vegan 95-year-old grandma, and her time living in sustainable communities in South America. Frankie healed her own mind and body of addiction after years of fast living in London, through reconnecting with nature and developing her own delicious nourishing food, tonics and potions. She learned through living off the land, and studying raw cuisine in LA, although ultimately she moved away from that over-glamorized world and stayed true to her own passion: simple plant-based cooking that is taste-banging, quick to make, and a real connection to the earth. She hosts intimate ceremonial supper clubs in London where strangers become friends through story-telling. Frankie featured on Jamie Oliver's Cookbook Challenge on Channel4. https://moodymango.com/
