During the pandemic, she wrote about things happening in her and others' lives that fostered abrupt changes in their comings and goings and emotional feelings about how to simply be still. Throughout this book, the author puts forth numerous Bible verses to validate her belief in God's covenant with us and present prayers of supplication petitioning God for help and intervention. Our lives are changing, and we are not at the helm of the transformation. Journaling will help us get through today, the days ahead, and remember the past.
