Each chapter begins with a very brief intro to the concept and ends with a more thorough discussion which is followed by a practice for the reader and space to write their own poem in the book based on that concept. Sprinkled throughout the book are full color images and artwork to add to the magic. The book concludes with several pages of lined paper for the reader to continue casting magical poetry spells.Healing from trauma of any type takes many tools.
