Discover the causes of perfectionism and gain practical pointers to deal with it - for yourself or others.Issues covered include:

What perfectionism is and how it develops
What physical and emotional responses / symptoms it causes
How to find a 'balanced perfectionism'
How to 'go on and grow on' into spiritual rest and confidence
Each chapter includes case studies, activities, a reflection and a prayer. With a Foreward by Stephen Cottrell, Bishop of Reading, this book will kelp those struggling with perfectionism and those seeking to help and counsel them.
