The book helps us find a godly balance, and most importantly offers an insight into what God says about striving for perfection, reminding us that we are each a 'work in progress', and should aim for His best, not our own best. Real life illustrations are used, as well as insight and examples from scripture, and each chapter ends with a suggested activity, a reflection and a prayer.
