Prof. Dr. phil. Marianne Leuzinger-Bohleber war Geschäftsführende Direktorin des Sigmund-Freud-Instituts Frankfurt/Main und Professorin für Psychoanalytische Psychologie an der Universität Kassel.

Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Mertens, Diplom-Psychologe, lehrt Psychoanalyse und psychodynamische Forschung am Lehrstuhl für Klinische Psychologie und Psychotherapie der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Er ist Lehranalytiker und Supervisor an der Akademie für Psychoanalyse und Psychotherapie in München.

Bettina Daser, Diplom-Ökonomin, ist Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im Fachbereich Gesellschaftswissenschaften der Universität Frankfurt/Main und am dortigen Sigmund-Freud-Institut.

Prof. Dr. Daniela Rastetter, Jg. 1961, ist Professorin für Personal und Gender an der Fakultät für Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften der Universität Hamburg. Ihre Arbeitsbereiche sind: Frauen in Führungspositionen, Emotionsarbeit im Dienstleistungsbereich, Mikropolitik in Organisationen, betriebliche Gleichstellungspolitik, Diversity Management.

Prof. Dr. phil. Heidi Möller, Psychologische Psychotherapeutin, Psychoanalytikerin, Coach, Organisationsberaterin und Supervisorin, ist Professorin für Theorie und Methodik der Beratung an der Universität Kassel.

Prof. Dr. phil. Katharina Liebsch ist Professorin für Soziologie mit dem Schwerpunkt für Familien- und Jugendsoziologie an der Universität Frankfurt/Main.

Priv.-Doz. Dr. phil. Hans-Joachim Busch ist Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Sigmund-Freud-Institut in Frankfurt/Main und vertrat 2004–2006 eine Professur für Soziologie und Sozialpsychologie am Fachbereich Gesellschaftswissenschaften der Universität Frankfurt/Main.
