He is a past director of the Franchise Council of Australia, of which he is an Honorary Member, and is an inductee into the Australian Franchising Hall of Fame. Des Giugni LLM(hons)(syd),MscSoc(UNSW), is a Solicitor and former Senior Lecturer in the School of Business Law and Taxation at the University of New South Wales.
