Vijit Chaturvedi is a professor in OB, HR & Psychology with Industry experience in Manufacturing and Academia experience of 22 years. She is Doctorate in Management, MBA(HR) M.Phil. in Management, Diploma Labor Laws, Certified teacher for Strategic management from IIM Indore with She is an accredited trainer from Indian Society of Training and Development, Ministry of Human Resource Development, and Industrial Psychologist. She is currently working as Professor in the area of HR and Psychology and Head of Department-Pratyahara “Department of Spirituality, Research &Consciousness” which conducts Certificate Programs in Spirituality, consciousness matched in a scientific way. She is also Research Coordinator - Funded Projects of the Institution. Her Research area includes -Strategic, administrative, and behavioural aspects of Human resource/People management. She has to her credit more than 91 publications in different areas (Including Indexed and Peer Reviewed Journal). She has published 11 Books in Talent management, ethical leadership, Organization behaviour and Emotional intelligence. Eleven Scholars are pursuing their Doctoral program and 9 have been awarded Ph.D. Training and Consultancy experience includes both PSU’s and Private organization in Behavioural, Technical and psychological aspects as MDP, EDP and consultancy assignment in training effectiveness measurement few organizations where trainings were conducted includes -NPTI, SEWA Exports, Sunland Alloys DAVIM, World Bank, Apollo Indraprastha Hospital,NHRC, KRIBHCO, Election Commission of India, CFAI, Sleep well Foundation, IOCL. Prashant Singh is a veteran of Air Force with over two decades of service in frontline combat squadrons and has flown over 2500 hours on various fighter and trainer aircraft. He has been actively engaged in operational and training roles and has held staff positions at different levels in the organization. During his tenure in the National Cadet Corps, he led the training of over 1000 cadets for a sound development of character and a sense of service to the nation. He has been awarded on multiple occasions for his service to the organization and holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development. Post his active years with the IAF, he has transitioned to the corporate world and has worked with startups and SMEs, sharing his experience and knowledge in the fields of Organizational Development and Strategy; Human Resource Development; Enterprise Resource Planning and Management; Data Analytics; Quality Management & Control; and Risk, Safety & Risk Management. He has a deep interest in applications of future technologies, especially, machine learning and artificial intelligence in the D&A sector. An ardent advocate for technological advancement, Prashant's writings reflect his deep interest in lifelong-learning, human resource development and future technologies. Currently, he collaborates with leading firms continuing to influence the intersection of technology, strategy, and leadership. Anandhi Ramachandran , professor at International Institute of Health Management Research, Delhi, India, is a Healthcare Information with 25+ years of professional experience that spans academics, research, training and biomedical/ healthcare software designing & development. She has cross cutting education and work experiences in the field of digital health, bioinformatics, information technology and business management. She is associated with many National and International bodies of Digital Health and Telemedicine and is well acknowledged in the field of health information technology. She has been associated with her current organization (International Institute of Health Management Research Delhi) and has been spearheading the health information technology specialization from the time of its roll out in 2010. She has published many scholarly articles, invited as panelists in conferences and has a well-funded research track. Prof. Anandhi is a fellow of International Academy of Health Sciences Informatics (IAHSI), Executive Board Member of HIMSS INDIA Chapter and associated with both National and International professional digital health associations like ISfTeH, IMIA, TSI and SATHI India. She also contributes as reviewer in many international journals. Prof Anandhi’s focus is on health system strengthening by integrating the ever-evolving technology into healthcare practices, building capacity and generating new era digital health workforce through academics strengthening and skill training, strengthening the academic curriculum and promoting use of digital health technology through evidence-based research and telemedicine. Divya Aggarwal is Former Associate Dean – Academic & Student Affairs/ Admissions, Accreditations & Marketing at IIHMR Delhi and currently Associate Professor at IIHMR Delhi. She has completed her Ph.D (Management) in the area of Human Resources from prestigious Amity University, Noida. She did her graduation from Delhi University in the field of Instrumentation. After that, she did her M.B.A specializing in Human Resources and Finance from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She has more than 17 years of Academic and consultancy experience and has diverse knowledge of the corporate world. Led the first cycle of NAAC accreditation, demonstrating her commitment to quality standards and successfully got ‘A’ grade for the institution. Divya is an expert on long-term success. Dr. Divya leverages her academic background and extensive consultancy experience to empower organizations with strategies for sustainable growth and lasting success. Under her supervision, nine post graduate students carried out research work in the area of Zoonoses which was funded by International organization. She had carried out research project on workload assessment of ANMs funded by UNICEF and has carried out various projects related to strategy and HR viz., strategy evaluation, workforce planning, competency mapping, talent retention strategies at the corporate level. She conducted Attitude Survey of Employees of Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC Bank Ltd) on 16 parameters on All India Basis and made Action Plan. She has conducted various trainings and workshops on areas related to Conflict management, team building and leadership in various organizations and b-schools.
