Written by leading experts from around the world this work will be of practical use to private practice lawyers and in-house lawyers at banks and companies. It contains an overview of the relevant issues to provide a basic understanding and to enable general decisions to be made when structuring cross-border acquisition finance transactions. Each chapter deals with the stages of the proposed transaction and its financing and the related issues which need to be considered in the different jurisdictions
