This work is refreshing, provocative, honest and from the heart."

"Don't let the title of this book fool you. It's not about how to be more innovative in your internal communication in terms of your channels and technology. It's much more about how you can be more curious as an internal communicator. Joanna discusses what innovation really is and how curiosity and measurement go hand in hand. It is a great read for anyone getting started in internal communication, looking to understand the importance of asking the right questions and having the right mindset to lead internal communication in the future."
