Marc Colasanti, CPA, CA, MAcc, is a part-time instructor at the Schulich School of Business, York University, teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Alexandra Popa, CPA, MAcc, is a part-time lab-instructor at the Schulich School of Business, York University, teaching accounting at the undergraduate level. She currently works at Richter, a family office and mid-market business advisory firm, specializing in corporate finance and other M&A activities for the consumer products and services, retail, and technology sectors.
