Mervis Chiware holds a Ph.D. in Public Management and Governance from University of Johannesburg, South Africa, and is a serving lecturer in the Department of Public Management and Governance at University of Zimbabwe. She is a lead researcher in the past and has authored several chapters on human resources and governance issues. Bernard Nkala holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Peking University, holds postgraduate qualification in Public Management, and an undergraduate attained from Department of Governance & Public Management, University of Zimbabwe. He is the human resources practitioner in the public health sector with extensive workforce training and development exposure in the public sector. He has authored chapters in several book projects and national programs in Zimbabwe. Innocent Chirisa is a professor at the Faculty of Behavioral and Social Sciences at the University of Zimbabwe.
