lt;p>"As organizations across sectors reflect upon 'what worked' (and failed) in leadership responses to the Covid crisis - as well as what comes next - this uniquely timely book brings together leading international researchers to analyse lessons for the theory, practice and understanding of leadership in a post-covid 'new normal'. By gathering insights from a range of sectors and places, McGuire and Germain have produced an invaluable text that will benefit leaders, and those of us who study and teach leadership, helping us to consider lessons for practice and priorities for future research." - Professor Colin Lindsay, University of Strathclyde, Scotland
