The knowledge that has been developed focuses on clarifying what strategies are required, understanding bottlenecks, using resources better, and being able to visualize unique abilities. Dr. Hedén has been working with over 150 international groups of companies (in whole, parts or as a mentor), conducted more than 3,000 interviews focusing on business model innovation and created over 1,500 seminars in the field.
